Through my experience, I’ve come to realize that “we are women” — we have our little feminine weaknesses — and are often led by curiosity to buy products we don’t really need at all. So my goal when interacting with a client is to listen to her, meet her expectations, and not “push” products that will just end up gathering dust in her makeup bag. I always follow the philosophy that “less is more” — both in life and in my everyday routine.
